Mullumbimby Comprehensive Health Centre is a mixed billing practice. All billing is at the discretion of each individual health practitioner.

General Practice

Bulk Billing (except for Skin Checks and Dr Alam)

Children under 16 years old

DVA Card holders

Appointments for Health Assessments (within Medicare criteria)

Eligible Chronic Disease Management Plan appointments (every 3 months)

Patients without concession cards:

General Practitioners (except Skin Checks and Dr Alam)

Fees apply to some procedures such as skin excisions, Ear cleaning and IV infusions. These will be discussed prior to commencing the procedure

Health Assessments and chronic disease management plans are bulk billed.

Telehealth consultations follow standard billing procedures as per above.

Consultation fees are payable at the time of consultation, and can be made by either Cash, Visa / Mastercard or EFTPOS. For your convenience, we will process the credit of your Medicare rebate to your nominated bank account at the time of payment. The rebate will clear to most commercial bank accounts by close of business on the day of consultation

No further appointments can be made while a patient has outstanding fees.
